Loading and Unloading of valve plugs

A Kawasaki RS005N robot picks up valve plugs from a part feeder and places them on an O-ring inserting machine. After insertion of O-rings, the robot takes them out and puts them on the inspection table. After inspection using a vision system, another Kawasaki RS005N robot places the plugs in the product container, while defective ones are placed in the reject container.
