PACK EXPO 2021

At PACK EXPO 2021, Kawasaki is showcasing a range of packaging solutions from smaller, high-speed robotic applications to flexible mid-range options:

NEW PRODUCT - RS013N: Kawasaki’s newest general purpose robot model, offering a 13kg payload capacity, a wide working range, small footprint and IP67-classified design.

NOVA Compact Palletizing Cell:  Kawasaki partner, NOVA Automation, will have an RS080N robot palletizing cell on display. This cost-effective turn-key solution offers increased flexibility and is easy to integrate

High-Speed Delta Robot: The high-speed Kawasaki YF003N delta robot will be on display picking and placing cosmetics. This model offers a payload capacity of 3kg, wide motion range, and speeds of 222 cycles per minute for a 1 kg payload operation. 

High-Speed Packaging: The high-speed, high performance RS007L robot will also be featured in a multi-pattern pick & place packing cell with fully integrated vision and area scanner for operator interaction. The RS007L offers the fastest operating speed in its class, a small footprint and vision compatibility resulting in greater packaging flexibility for the food industry.

CP180L Palletizing Cell: See Kawasaki’s high-speed CP180L robot, capable of industry leading palletizing rates of 2,050 cycles per hour, palletize bags and boxes ranging in weight and size.
