Machine tending of auto parts

Two Kawasaki dual-arm duAro robots are used for machine tending at a Tier 1 supplier of auto parts. Before automation, the throughput capacity was 1,000 pieces a day - one worker, 10 hours. Human errors turning-over of the workpieces were common. After robotic automation, the throughput capacity increased to 2,000 pieces a day - two duAro robots, 8 hours. Turn-over mistakes have been eliminated.
