Machine loading of hydraulic motor parts

The Kawasaki RS080N robot picks up hydraulic motor parts from a wire basket and loads them onto a processing machine.First, the robot removes a white partition plate using a vacuum gripper. The vision system uses recognition software to locate the workpieces which are randomly placed in the basket and sends their exact locations to the robot controller. The robot then picks up a workpiece and loads it onto the processing machine.This automated loading by robot has greatly increased the availability of the processing machine.
