Milling models for scoliosis braces

A Kawasaki RS020N robot carves foam urethane material using an air spindle as a cutting tool to make the correct shape of scoliosis patients needing braces. Kawasaki's KCONG for MILLING robot programming software automatically generates the program based on the 3D data shape of the patient.
