Tending of press machine for small parts
The Kawasaki RS010N robot loads and unloads small parts in/from a press machine. A rack for raw materials and finished workpieces is installed close to the robot to enable automated long-time operation. The mechanical gripper can hold both the raw material and the finished workpiece simultaneously, thus shortening the cycletime. This system operates day and night, and relieved 2 workers from the dangerous work.
